EXHIBITION FEATURING HOUSI KNECHT

Housi Knecht has long been a favourite not only with Swiss art lovers, but is also renowned internationally. “His clientele includes personalities such as Udo Jürgens, T.D. Jakes and a sultan from the royal family of Oman, to name but a few.”
This November, the garden of the Grand Hotel Beau Rivage will provide the setting for his most popular works. Around 25 sculptures invite you to discover Housi Knecht’s works in the heart of our garden. You will find a description of each sculpture on site. In the foyer, you can also admire further small, artistically crafted figures in gold.

THE HISTORIC FACADE IS ILLUMINATED IN FESTIVE LIGHTS

A special light show sets the scene for our historic hotel and creates an enchanting atmosphere. During the winter months, the façade of the Grand Beau Rivage in Interlaken is illuminated with ever-changing designs, bathing the historic building in a very special light. In this way, the elegant architecture of our hotel blends with fascinating worlds of light – a little experience that invites you to marvel, linger and enjoy.
CHRISTMAS EVE

Celebrate Christmas Eve in a festive atmosphere and treat yourself to an exquisite four-course gala dinner in the Restaurant La Petite Suisse. The evening begins with a sparkling champagne aperitif, before you are guided through a festive menu.

NEW YEAR’S EVE

The old year deserves a fitting send-off – and the new one a fitting welcome.
At the Grand Beau-Rivage, you can see out 2026 just as it should be: a champagne aperitif is followed by a festive five-course gala dinner that combines Swiss tradition with culinary sophistication, followed by a New Year’s Eve celebration that literally touches the mountains.
